The RIZE event is aiming to make its mark in the wellness space as it fuses conscious Hip Hop with the transformative practices of meditation,
breathwork, sound and movement. You will learn different science based mindfulness techniques across many modalities. With MUSIC as our inspiration, RIZE is about collectively connecting to our inner self, while experiencing the healing and empowerment that RIZES from that space. All RIZE events include elements of Hip Hop and Wellness. We are on a mission to educate and inspire our community, encourage diversity, inclusivity, and to do it - with a DOPE vibe.
