SUN-RIZE Cold Plunge! (Free Event)

Join the RIZE Community as we start our summer running into the beautiful Pacific Ocean together at the SUN-RIZE Cold Plunge! We will gather at 6am sharp on the beach around the bonfire. The RIZE team is thrilled to have Sherri Perez help to create the vibe with her sound healing tools (bowls and drums) throughtout the event. She will also lead us in a brief intention-setting exercise while drinking warm, ceremonial cacao. In addition, we will learn from our other special guest Francisco Jara of Giving Business Soul as he explains the benefits of conquering the cold before the group-plunge. Plan on the whole event only taking about an hour or so. living our best life by
